In January, I had the chance to work with a theatre company working on set design and backstage in their winter pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty.
It was great to have the opportunity to work alongside them, creating and putting into place some of my own ideas and in the end helping out with all the logistics of the show.
I was in charge of creating a stain glass window for the throne room where I cut out the shape of the castle and placed transparent light paper in the gaps. This was enhanced by placing a light behind the wooden frame.
This is my stain glass window.
